Unless otherwise specified prices shall be those ruling at the time of despatch and Jurassic Moulds shall have the right to revise quoted prices to take account of any changes between time of order and despatch. All prices quoted are inclusive of Value Added Tax, where applicable.
All orders placed by the Buyer whether in writing, verbally or by any other means shall be deemed to constitute an offer by the Buyer to enter into a contract on these conditions. The acceptance of this offer shall be by Jurassic Moulds fulfilling the order.
Payment plus relevant postage and packing charges are to be included with the order to Jurassic Moulds in Pounds Sterling (GBP) prior to delivery of the goods.
Jurassic Moulds liability in respect of all goods supplied by it shall be limited to giving the buyer the benefit of any guarantee or warranty given by the manufacturer of such goods. Jurassic Moulds shall not be under any further liability howsoever arising and all conditions and warranties express or implied by or under statute custom or trade usage are hereby expressly excluded.
In the event of the product being found to be damaged the Buyer must contact Jurassic Moulds within 7 days of delivery. Jurassic Moulds will arrange to refund or replace the product.

Delivery
The delivery charge will be calculated when you specify your country in the next screen. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Jurassic Moulds cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, industrial disputes etc or acts of third parties.
All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).
The validity, construction and performance of any contract to which these conditions apply shall be governed by English Law.
